I’m not sure if I was off this morning or if this was goddamn brutal. I did everything RX till I got to the weighted pushups. 45-45-35-35-35-25-25. Pull ups felt suprisingly good though, those are normally a goat for me.
When we got around to the 7 round cindy I only got 5 and a half rounds in because i was so wrecked from the weighted stuff. First 5 minutes were spent trying to hold down last nights dinner, second half actually started to feel good again though.

I used the old black medium band for my pull-ups. I did ring pushups because my belly has started to get in the way. I did weighted squats with a kettle bell that Iz handed me (I have no idea how much that weighed).
5 RFT: 6:54
I used the green band for my pull-ups. I stayed on the rings for the push ups. I did regular air squats.
Cash out: instead of Planks (3/30 sec) I did Pelvic Tilts (aka Angry Cats).

7 rounds of plain ol’ Cindy -> 6:08. Probably my fastest pace yet. Push ups seemed easy after the weighted ones.
