10 Minutes of Wrist/Shoulder/Calf/Ankle/Hip Mobility
A- WU- Each Athlete Will Perform 20 HRPU AFAP
Notes: While 1 Athlete complete HRPU AFAP the remainder of the class will perform “Sally Up” Air Squats/Continue in this fashion until all athletes have completed 20 HRPU
B- 30 Minute AMRAP of: 800M Run/8 Box Jump (24/20″)/8 Burpee/2 Each Side TGU (20/12kg)
Notes: In Teams of 3/While 1 Team Completes 800M Run/The other Teams with only 1 person working at a time will take turns completing rounds of the AMRAP/When all members of the first team have completed 800M the second team will begin 800M run/Teams will continue in this fashion for 30 Minutes/Score= Total # of 800M Runs=1 Point for each person who completes the 800M + Rounds=1 Point/No Partial Rounds/1 Round=8 BJ/8 Burpee/2 each TGU
