A2: Rowing (Partner or Solo) (Distance)
Partner Rowing=
Partner A attempts to row 100 meters. If the counter stops before or after 100 meters, Partner A must perform that many reps of a penalty movement/
Once Partner A gets off the rower to perform the penalty reps, Partner B will get on the rower/
The team with the most 100-meter increments at the end wins.

Todays Penalty movements: Plank Shoulder Taps, Kipping Swings, Partial Wall Walks and burpee’s.
Cycle through penalty movements in order from Shoulder Taps to Burpee’s. If you complete the Burpee round, start back with the Shoulder Taps.
