I am a little pissed today, had to do a lot of unnecessary screaming while I was coaching. I know you are all friends, but when a Coach tells you to bring it in and loosen up… Stop what your doing and Bring it in! Chit chatting must STOP when any Coach is trying to go over the WOD.
Also…. How many times did I tell you all to use a white board or a notebook to track your work!!! Get it together/Follow instructions! This is a standard practice, Do it.

Great Job to all of those who participated in todays WOD.
Remember that Today was a “Hero WOD”, they are supposed to be tough.
We tackle these workouts and suffer through them as a tribute to our service personnel who have been killed in the Line of Duty.
Its important to take a moment during these WODS as we struggle to complete them to reflect on just how lucky we are.

Congratulations & well done to everyone that participated in today’s WOD, wish you all could have stayed for mobility, it was great as always!
And would have felt pretty great after Segmented Murph.
Sounds fun, sorry I missed it, congrats to all who finished a pretty brutal workout! my WOD today was amrap 7 hours serve eggs benedict, make bloody marys and clean up kids messes-lame.
