8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/Ankle/Hip/Wrist Mobility
A- WU- 9 Minutes Light Jog @ 60% RPE
B- Susana= 5 RFT of: 200M Run/10 Pistols Each/5 HSPU
C- Death By- Push Up
Notes: 1 Push Up the first minute, two the second, continue in this fashion until no longer able to complete number of repetitions in time allotted.
