5 Each Alternating Jumping Lunges
In teams of 2/While Partner A completes 10 calories on bike, Partner B will complete amrap/Once Partner A completes 10 calories on bike, partners switch/Continue in this fashion accumulating rounds until 60 total calories have been completed.
B: 15 Minute Team AMRAP of:
40 DeadLift (135/95#)
40 Lateral Burpee Over The Bar
In Teams of 2-5 with only 1 teammate working at time/Partition as needed/Score = Total # of rounds accumulated by the team.
C: Against A 15 Minute Clock, Perform Three:
5 Minute Rounds of:
1K Row +
Max Rounds of: 20 T2B/20 BallSlam (20/15#) In time remaining.
Set up a clock with 15 minutes on it. In teams of 2 with only 1 partner working at a time/Partner A will begin rowing 250M, once partner A has completed 250M they will switch until 1K has been reached. In time remaining complete max rounds of: 20 T2B/20 BallSlam.
@5 Minute Mark, start over on the rower and continue in the same fashion.
@10 Minute Mark, start over on the rower and continue in the same fashion.
