A- WU- 4 Rouns of: 20 Seconds Each: Walking Lunge/Inch Worm Forward/Duck Walk Forward/Inch Worm Backward/Duck Walk Backward
B- Partner WOD (1/11/14)- 100 Thruster For Time (95/65)/Top of EMOM 3 C2B Pull Up starting with 1st minute
Notes: In Teams of 2/With only 1 Partner working at a time/Partiiton as needed/Score= Total time to complete 100 Thrusters/Dropping of weight=1 burpee penalty for offending athlete
C- Partner WOD 2 (1/11/14)- For Time: 50 T2B
Notes: In Teams of 2/With only 1 Partner working at a time/Partner A Holds L Hang/Parnter B does T2B/As soon as Partner A releases L Hang they switch/Patners can T2B only when other partner is in L Hang/Score= Total time to complete 50 T2B
