10-12 Minutes of Hip/ Back/ Shoulder/ Calve/ Ankle/ Leg Mobility
Partner WOD= (In Pairs) For Time- 180 Double Unders (alternate every 20 reps) + 2 Rounds of: 20 Burpees/40 WallBall (20/14)/60 K.B. USA Swings (24/16kg)/30 Box Jumps (24/20″)/100 Sit Ups/800M Run (Partition as needed) + 180 Double Unders (alternate every 20 reps)
Notes: Partners should establish how work will be partitioned. Score= total time.
Today’s WOD was a bit complexed to put together. But it turned out nicely.
We had a full house at the Box and the teams were perfect. I hope we all got to make new friends today.
The WOD averaged between 31-38 minutes. The fastest team was the Victory A’s at 28:something RXed
