25:25. it was a mad dash at the end against a fast and charging Joe. that was fun. Deads at 225# , press at 95# , and 24 KG KB . HO HO HO HO …. good work 6 AMers it was nice to see some new faces around.

thanks man i knew it wouldn’t stick on the board but I had fun doing it. I was chasing Joe and caught him on the cleans at the end, really a lot of fun

I probably did 16 days of Christmas, and I’m Jewish. Fun stuff!
I think we did it the wrong way. We started with dead-lifts for each round but according to the workout (and the song) it seems we should have started with the workouts with the longer reps first and finished with the dead-lift. Oh well, I guess only Jacinto knows the truth! Good times! – Joe

Fun one. I did this “backwards”, or as I like to call it, the correct way. 😉
Started with some back squats because the bar position really helps stretch my shoulder and pecks out.

12 Days of Christmas
27:50, scaled the strict press to push press, and the ring dips were assisted because it’s that deep dip position that still really causes pain. Didn’t push too hard through this either, want to keep form solid and keep getting better. Fun one though.

Confessions:
I had to use push press from the 5th round on
Ring dips were so tough, sometimes I had a hard time fully extending and locking out the top after high reps. I should probably modify.
Knees to elbows were sometimes knees near elbows but I didn’t have the heart or discipline to no rep myself, especially at the end of a workout like this.
I felt a bit pukie after the 10th day of xmas. I have been eating bready cheesy things.

12 Days- 25:01 that was brutal and sooo much fun at the same time! scaled weights- 100lb DL, 50 lb for presses and cleans, (those presses were freaking tough by the end!) and band assisted ring dips, the rest was as rx’d.
Such a fun, huge, chaotic group tonight with awesome, positive energy 🙂 I’m sure we will ALL be utilizing those new Lax balls tonight!
You were so inspiring doing those presses STRICT!!

WOW, what a night. So many people at the 5pm it was pure mayhem and a ton of energy. I really loved the addition of the 225# dead lifts to the mix – my back wasn’t at all tired and sore. I did this WOD Rx’ed.

hardest part was keeping count. Good work Cory it must have been mayhem running from station to station. 6 am much more peaceful and orderly… and it is only half bad.. I gather Iz was surprised . Good work team..

That was so fun 🙂 First time in primetime -and it was pure chaos and pure energy.
Pink band for ring dips, 50 lb on the press & cleans. 100 on the DL. Everything else Rx. Finally got full ROM on the pullups. Presses remain my biggest weakness.
