3 RNFT of: 20 Air Squat/15 Sit Up/10 Push Up- needed more of this
5 min Hip/Shoulder Mobility
Power Clean- 2/2/2/2/2 Worked with 130# I felt like I could have gone higher
Jerk- 5/5/5/5 I worked with jayson on this man someday i want to be as strong as him the Jerk store called… 95-115- 135- 155 I think I was holding jayson back on these
Box Squat- 3/3/3/3 this was bit of an awkward movement particularly from the 12″ box I found myself rocking too far forward and breaking my form with the higher weight and so I pulled it back to from 225 to 205 made a huge difference. jayson did this at 225 and he probably could have gone higher.

Box squats are great! And tough. It gets rid o the natural bounce you get at the bottom of the squat and works on training just the explosion out of the hole. You cannot box sqt your normal sqt weight.
