Doron and I dropped by 718 while we were in town visiting family. This was one tough, but fantastic workout. I did the the workout RX’d and finished in 31:04. Doron did the workout modified and finished in 27:47. It was a real pleasure getting to workout at 718, Coach Is kept us motivated and gave very helpful training tips along the way and Tammyli was very welcoming. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back to see the new space.
