A- WU- 2 Minutes of Jump Rope + 2 RNFT of: 20 Air Squat/20 each Lunges/20 Sit Ups/20 USSR Swings (24/16kg-8 Minute Cap)
B- Low Bar Squat- 10 Minutes WU-90% + 10 Minutes To Establish A New 1RM
C- EMOM for 12 Minutes- 5 D.B. Thrusters (45/25×2)/5 Strict T2B (heels together/point toes)
5-10 Minutes of Goat (5-20 Quality Reps)
