10 Minutes of Hip/ Shoulder/ Back Mobility
WU- 2 Rounds of: 30 Seconds each- Partner Lateral M.B. Pass/Over Under M.B. Pass/Leap Frog/Over Under
Partner WOD= 2 Athletes of same gender and similar ability- For Time: 35 Pull Up/35 DeadLift (155/115)/35 Hang Power Clean (135/95)/35 Front Squat (135/95)/35 Ring Dip/35 Pull Up/350 Double Unders (Partition as needed)
Notes: Partners should establish how work will be partitioned. Only 35 Reps in total of each movement (except for DoubleUnder’s) will be performed. If RX’ing wod, remove 20lbs after DeadLifts are completed. Score= total time.

Jess P and I finished at 20:37 @ 115/75lbs and Mod Pull Ups & Ring Dips
Great class today, lots of fun! Mia your a blast, thanks for being partners with me, and congratulations on your first double under, woo hooooooooo! We finished up at 26 min and 14 sec… Dang double unders. Our dead lift was 85 lbs, our hang cleans were 59 lbs and our front squats were 65 lbs… Pull ups and Ring Dips were modified.
So much fun!!! Thank you Coach Iz so much for keeping everybody’s spirits up during our lil battle, you rock!!! Great job to all the teams today!
