A- WU- 3 Rounds of: 10 Double K.B. Hang Power Clean (20/12×2)/10 Each K.B. Lawnmower Row -5 Minute Cap
B- Clean- 8 Minutes to Heavy Triple
C- Badger= 3 RFT of: 30 Clean (95/65)/30 Pull Up/800M Run -35 Minute Cap
A) 3 RFT – 10 Double K.B. Hang Power Clean (20/12×2)/10 Each K.B. Lawnmower Row – 2:43
B) Clean x3 – 45/95/125/145
C) Badger – 3 RFT of: 30 Clean @ 95/30 Pull Up/800M Run – 2rds+30+30+400m (maybe) in 35min – finished in 36 and change
Also got a gnarly hand tear. Pretty upset, going to be a while before it’s back to normal.
I’m scared if you didn’t finish!
