8 Minutes of Wrist/Shoulder/Hip/Ankle/Calf Mobility
A- WU- 3 Minutes Practice Triple Unders
B- Hand Stand Walk Practice– 8 Minutes
C- Advanced Pull Up– (advanced for you=band,box,strict,kip,butterfly,bar muscle up strict,kipping bar mu, etc;) 8 Minutes
D-Advanced Pistol Practice (advanced for you similar progression as pull up)- 8 Minutes
E- Angie= 100 Each For Time: Pull Up/Push UP/Sit Up/Air Squats – 25 Minute Cap
Notes: Must complete all pull ups before beginning push ups and all push ups before sit ups and all sit ups before squats
Friday comes to Thursday… now I’m twice as sad, missing Iz’s event AND a benchmark WOD.
