Closed today as we are hosting the USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaches Course.
8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Wrist/OH/Thoracic/Lumbar Mobility
A-WU- 200M Run @ 50% RPE + NFT- 30 Air Squat/5-10 Push Up
B- For Time 10-1 Descending Ladder of: HRPU/Squat Jump
C- 8 RFT of: 200M Run/9 Burpee/8 Sit Ups
If you actually do this WOD please post your times to comments. I’m interested to see how it plays out?
Was all set to do this at the Armory Y today, but the whole place is closed for a kids track meet. With the icy sidewalks and rain, I think this WOD is a bust. But I might try it tomorrow.
