Got 5 rounds of 20 squats 20 Double unders in 5:08. My shoes came untied twice! I think I need velcro next time.
Did 5 Rounds of 20 GHD situps and 5 Push jerks # 135 in 13:13. The GHD situps were a beast. They worked me so good that I just couldn’t do the row. Gotta love the GHD. It had been awhile since I played with the beast, and probably pushed it a little bit… but that’s what makes it fun.

You know that is exactly what Iz said when he heard about this… He said it is a technique row, it is not always about going balls to the walls.
It’s slow, yes. But it makes you focus more on pulling hard and long, not fast. I can still row a sub 8 minute 2000m at 15 s/m. It’s a different workout. If you were doing heavy squats 1-1-1-1-1, would you try and go as fast as you can? No, you go slow and focus on form and power output. Same thing here. This isn’t a race to the finish, it’s about focusing in on form and how hard you can pull.
There’s a reason we program these things! 🙂

5 RFT regular situps/5 push jerk 65# = Time: 5:26
1k row @ 28 = 5:06 (15sm was soo slow omg, Jacinto said to do 28)
Dude, you totally missed the point of the workout! Next time I have you in my class, we’re doing the row @ 15s/m! No excuses this time! 🙂

15 strokes a minute? Impossible . I tried it also but It was boringa s hell I went up to 28 spm
