A- WU- 10 Minutes Max Calorie Partner Row
Notes: In Teams of 2 with only 1 Partner Working at a time/Partners will row 20 calories as fast as possible/switch partners every 20 calories/accumulate max calories in 10 Minutes/Score=highest number of calories rowed by a team
B- Partner WOD 1 (2/1/14)- 6 RFT of: 50 Double Unders/20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)/10 Clapping Push Ups
Notes: In teams of 2 with only 1 partner working at a time/partition as needed/Score=total time to complete all 6 rounds
C- Partner WOD 2 (2/1/14)- 8 Minute AMRAP of: WallBalls (20#-10′;14#-9′)/@ Top of EMOM 3 Burpees
Notes: In Teams of 2 with only 1 partner working at a time/partition as needed/both partners will complete 3 burpees emom/score=max wallball in 8 min
