8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/OH/Hip/Ankle Mobility
A- WU For Time: 250M Row/200M Run/AFAP- 40 Burpees
B- Partner WOD 1 (2/22/14)- For Time: 40 Partner Wall Ball (20-10’/14-9′)/80 Ring Row/40 Partner Wall Ball/80 HRPU
Notes: In Teams of 2/Partners will complete 40 Partner Wall Balls Each/Partner Wall Ball= Partner A throws to target Partner B catches/Then Partner B throws and Partner A catches/Continue in this fashion until first set of Wall Balls then switch to Ring Rows/With only 1 Partner working at a time/Partners will complete 80 Ring Rows/Partition as needed/Once all Ring Rows are completed Partners will complete second round of Wall Balls in the same fashion that they completed the first round/After the last Wall Ball is completed they will switch to the Push Ups and follow the same pattern as the Ring Rows
C- Partner WOD 2 (2/22/14)-9 Minute AMRAP of: D.B. Man Maker (45/25)/30 K2E
Notes: In Teams of 2/Partner A will AMRAP D.B. Man Makers Until partner B completes 30 K2E/When Partner B finishes 30 K2E Partner A will start 30 K2E/Partner B will start AMRAP of Man Makers/Partners will continue to complete rounds of 30 K2E for 9 Minutes/Score= Total # of K2E completed + Total # of Man Makers
Call off the search party – Jake the jump rope has been recovered. Thanks to all those that dropped everything to look for him. He is resting comfortably at home and is excited for hitting 250 unbroken in the coming weeks.
