This was a really long and hard one. I really enjoy having these hero wods on Sundays — they are really challenging and definitely make me push myself. And thanks, Jeff, for also forcing me to push myself. You’re a beast.

I’m very happy with all the athletes today. You came out and really gave it everything. This was fun to coach and exciting to see the masterful performances displayed today. Pushing when you have nothing left. It was awesome.

First round was done in sub 2 minutes and I felt like stopping but pushed through. Muscle ups unbroken. Hang clean in sets of 5 except for last round 5/4/1. Lost my grip on the last clean. The squats was the hardest part due to muscle tightness. Who would’ve thought the muscle ups would be the easiest part of this WOD.

Pretty disappointed in my showing today. I think I paced myself a bit too slow in the first few rounds in anticipation of the pain in the last few. I need to power through these endurance workouts with a bit more intensity.
Great to see some bad ass times from everyone else. Very inspiring.
