8 Minutes of Ankle/Hip/Lumbar/Thoracic/Shoulder/Wrist Mobility
A- WU- 2 Minutes of: Double Under Practice + Take 1-2 Minutes for each movement and practice: C2B Pull Up/Pistol/Ring Dip/T2B – 8 Minute Cap
B- Partner WOD 1 (2/8/14)- 3 Rounds each: 1 Minute Max Reps C2B Pull Up/Pistols/Ring Dip/T2B
Notes: In Teams of 2/With only 1 Partner working at a time/Partners will alternate for 3 Rounds each: 1 min max reps in each movement/Partner B will rest while Partner A works and vice versa/Score= Total # of reps completed for all 6 rounds.
C- Partner WOD 2 (2/8/14)- 10 RFT of: 10 D.B. Thruster (45/25)/10 Burpee
Notes: In Teams of 2 with only 1 Partner working at a time/Alternate rounds/Score= Total time to complete 10 rounds -12 Minute Cap

. Always great to get to work and have No one registered for class. That’s the best on a Saturday morning. Otherwise we had a fun time this morning. Some nice size classes and great energy
We had team shorties back in action today so that’s always fun!
We have a new member from our Free class, Susan – she gonna fit right in.
Coach Anthony came in to help today he was looking sharp.
This afternoon took Moises to see the Lego movie. Funny!!!!
