Awesome day. My first ever CrossFit workout was Murph, done at NYSC. I didn’t know you could partition the pullups, pushups, and squats, and I didn’t know how to kip. Either way, my time was 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I still had 200 squats to do + the last mile run. So I just stopped and gave up, vowing that I would do it again one day in less than an hour and FINISH IT. Anyway, this is the first time I’ve done it since that day, March 18th, 2010, just less than one year ago.

Bam. If this isn’t proof of CrossFit’s potency, than I don’t know what is. Super psyched with my time. Next Murph – WITH the vest. 🙂
