A- WU- NFT- 200M Run + 3 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles + The Dot Drill (5x’s all 5 patterns) + 3 Rounds of: Max UB Double Unders; 30 Seconds Rest Between Attempts or WU- NFT- 200M Run + 3 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles + The Dot Drill (5x’s all 5 patterns) + 3 Rounds of: 30 Seconds Practice Double Unders; 30 Seconds Rest -12 Minute Cap
B- Hang Power Clean- 12 Minutes To A Challenging Single
C- For Time: 30 HPC @ 77% of Above + 3 Minutes Rest
D- Squat- 30 RFT @ 100% of Hang Power Clean From Above
*E- Accumulate 2 Minutes In Front Squat- Perfect bottom position (you choose weight).

A) 200M Run + 3 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles
3 Rounds of: Max UB Double Unders – 189 (PR) in round 1 so called it there
B) Hang Power Clean 1rep – 90kg (easy, was warming up for 15.3)
C) 15.3 – 314 reps… every muscle up was clean and tidy until round 3, then they evaporated on me
A- done, dus not great today
B- 90kg
C- 277rx (+72 from Friday) 7ub muscle ups in rd 1. Didn’t plan on redoing this wod but how could I let smanik go alone ?
