WOD 3/18/11
FIGHT GONE BAD!!
FGB= In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We are running it in a 3 round versions. The stations are:
- Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Its been an awesome week loving the ass kickings. I know iz thinks we are training to much but i would have to say not at all feeling great! I ve been crossfiting for 7 months now and loving every min lookong forward to the future of this amazing sport.

Loved it. THis was my first time doing it for FIVE rounds, my previous PR for three rounds was 250.
Today I hit 436 for five rounds, my score for the first three was 273, which is a PR anyway. I’m curious to know if I could have broken 300 if we were only doing three rounds. Guess I’ll find out in September!!!
Great job to everyone in class today, this was BRUTAL.
And Marina, sorry for kicking you off the box jumps today! No offense intended, just get back out there next time and kick my ass! 🙂

Haven’t ever done fgb for 5 rounds it was kinda brutal.
finished with 404 first 3 rounds were 240 I think i over thought the pacing.
plus 18 hspu
looking forward to a nice easy hike with the kids on sunday.

Tonight was fun. Thanks for your support Dan. The workout was brutal and a afirst timer for me. I scored 304. Struggled a bit with the SDHP form. I’ll put that on my things to improve list. 🙂
