A- WU- 2-3 RNFT of: 5 Strict Pull Up/7-10 Push Up/10 Steps Walking Lunge/10 Good Mornings (45#) + 3 Minutes of: Light Jog or Light Row
B- 5 Minutes of: WU- Snatch and Double Unders +
Open Sectionals WOD 14.1 – 10 Minute AMRAP of: 30 Double Unders/15 Power Snatch (55/75)
C- Front Squat or Axle Zercher Squat- 18 Minutes To A Heavy Triple

14.1 in the books. Was way more gassed than I expected to be. I was way more relaxed with the days leading up to the workout this year- drank a little to much, ate a little too much, worked out a little too hard and let me tell you I felt it. So the conclusion, next week I will do things differently!
