Felt good to tackle some of my ickiest movements, lots of focus on form and technique and not muscling through reps. Operation make wall balls my bitch is on.
Only did up to 75% on split jerks, arms were kind of shot after the wod, 3/3-80/95lbs

Luckily I didn’t go out with Cahill the night before and I crushed this workout at 24:30. A good time for me.
