Well, I showed up just to do the WOD as a WOD. I’m not registered.
I got the first 40/30/30 in and then got 3 reps with the bar still at 45, because I’d assumed that my PR was 70. I was wrong. I just got home and looked in my book. My Squat Snatch PR is 80!!
I SHOULD HAVE ATTEMPTED 75!
Oh well.
Humbling experience as always! Need to always remember to have fun and do this for you. Proud of my ladies today everyone did so well!
Snatches and I do not have a great history we do not get along, burpees even worse… but I tried my best and it is what it is, thanks Bails for being patient with me <3

Today was such a great day and so happy to be part of the 718 family! So excited with my performance today (and all the 718 athletes) and I could not have accomplished this without the help of amazing coaches and owners- Tammy and Iz..thank you for inspiring me today to be better than yesterday and to believe in myself!

Crazy impressed by everyone!! As most of you know I did the WOD on Thursday @ the OutLaw Camp, I got 124 @ 5:04 but then missed multiple reps at 135#. Any way congratulations to everyone I feel like a proud Papa right now! You guys all did amazing and my Coaches are the best in the world:)

Great time at the box today. Special thanks to marina only no repped me twice. Kept me on pace with that second round of snatches. 121 I am happy with that. Great atmosphere at 718

I was surprised how challenging the transition from 75lbs to 135lbs was for us guys (except for a couple guys including Dariel – Way to crush it man!)
