I am slow, I know this. 5:13/ 5:40 on the bookend 1k runs
max effort squat. I worked with MM on this one and he went big, I went home. I capped it at 255 and he went to 300 a new PR for him good job Mike. I am still erring on the side of caution with the heavy stuff
12 minute amrap, 4:30 on the 100 doubles and then 15 full reps of the bear complex something like that. Good job steve on getting to 21. I feel like I am dragging on mondays. Have a good day everybody. Nice job on those PR’s today Chris Terry and Mike Martin way to go .
First run was like 4:30 or so, not sure what the second run’s time was (Much slower though ;))

In 12 Minutes 100 Double Unders then in the remainder of time perform an AMRAP of 1 DeadLift/ 1 Power Clean/ 1 Front Squat/ 1 Push Press/ 1 Squat/ 1 Behind the head Jerk (115/75) –
10 rounds @ 95 lbs
I crushed the DU’s here in about 2 mins, however was a little slow and light on the AMRAP….very stressful on the shoulders..
Run 1K – 3:56
not bad at over 1.5 times your body weight. I was concerned your legs might crack under the stress of the load.

1K run 4:53/5:12- eek!
Squat- 145/155/165/175/180(pr)- we ran out of time which was a bummer b/c I felt like I could have gone heavier, next time 🙂
12 min- 14 rds @75lbs but with 2 of the earlier behind the head jerks a little half-assed, got my groove with those around rd 5
I love you Crossfit, lifting heavy sh*t is the best way to get rid of stress!
