5 Minutes of Shoulder/Lat/Over Head Mobility
A- WU- 2 Minutes Max Reps Double Unders + 2 Rounds of: 20 Air Squats/4 Wall Walk/30 Seconds Wall Facing Shoulder Taps;30 Seconds Rest Between Rounds
B- Push Press- 10 Minutes To A Heavy Single
C- Seated K.B. Or D.B. Press- 12/12/12 (HAP) -10 Minute Cap
D- 21/15/9 RFT of: HRPU/WallBall (20/14)/Walking Lunges each leg
*E- For Time- 100 Band Pull Aparts (make sure band never comes more than two inches from your chest!!)

OOFDA my shoulders are mush after today.
I made this fish recipe this weekend and it was easy and fancy and delicious. I served it at a little dinner party with some spicy sweet potatoes, and my friends didn’t even notice I’d made them a paleo dinner!
