8 Minutes of Lat/Tricep/Sumo Stretch/Couch Stretch
A- WU- 2-3 Minutes of light Rowing + 2 RNFT- 10 Ring Rows/15 Wide Stance WallBall (20/14) + With Judge 1-2 Rounds of: 2-3 C2B/2-3 Thrusters (judges ensure quality and efficiency!!)
B- CrossFit Open Sectional WOD 13.5= 4 Minute AMRAP of: 15 Thrusters (100/65)/15 Chest To Bar Pull Up
Notes: If 90 Reps are completed (3 rounds) in 4 minutes, time extends to 8 Minute AMRAP. If 180 Reps are completed (6 rounds) in 8 minutes, time extends to 12 Minute AMRAP. If 270 Reps are completed (9 rounds) in 12 minutes, time extends to 16 Minute AMRAP. Athletes will continue in this fashion until unable to complete 90 reps in 4 minute time period.
I’m going to miss these Saturday morning marathons! It’s been so nice getting to see everyone all together and kicking ass. The open brought out a good side of us as a 718 community this year 🙂
