    Today was brutal and just felt really hard
    for time
    30 squat snatches (80#) 4:09

    10 rounds 2 UB MU
    got 7 rounds and then did 1 for 8,9, and 10th round

    for time
    30-20-10
    Deadlifts (155)
    WB (14)
    DB Alt Snatches (25#)

    pure awfulness!
