A- Partner Carry – 800m Switch Partner every 200m
B- Partner WOD – For Time – 50 Burpees Broad Jumps/ 100 Ball Slams (20/15)/50 each OH Walking Lunge (45/25)/ 250 Sit Ups/ 250 Double Unders * Partition as needed – Only one partner can work at a time
C -*If time permits – 1 Mile Group Run
Checking in from Crossfit Parsippany-
30 minute partner AMRAP of:
One person holds a deadlift (225/185 … double overhand only) while the other chips away at “Cindy”.
Cindy:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
Every drop of the bar both partners do 10 burpees.
We did 18 rounds at 95#. Had to do 40 burpees. A test of real grip strength- you would’ve liked this one Iz!
