A- WU- Half Tabata- Double or Triple Unders + 5 Rounds of: Sprint 40 Yards; 45 Seconds Rest between efforts/use first two rounds as a warm up
B- Adrian= 7 RFT of: 3 Forward Roll/5 Wall Climb/7 Toes To Bar/9 Box Jump (30/24″) – 25 Minute Cap

C- Sumo DeadLift- 18 Minutes To Establish A 1RM; 2-3 Minutes between efforts/only 3 attempts at <95%
