GHD Back Extension- 10/10/10/10 (only did 2 sets)
Low bar back squat at 205lb for 5/5/5
I did low bar because as per coach Kurt recommendation.
Push press 95/125/135/145lbs for 5/5/5/5
Wall walks 5/5/5/5
Ghd back extensions 10/10/10/10
Good work out. It was great watching the oly class take on Isabel and Grace.
