8 Minutes of Hip/Leg/Back/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 400M Run; 90 Seconds Rest + 2 RNFT of: 10 Air Squat/10 Each Leg Jumping Lunges -5 Minute Cap
B- Hang Power Clean- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Set of 5 Reps
C- DeadLift- 18 Minutes To A Heavy Triple; 5 Box Jumps (30/24″) immediately after each work set of DeadLift; Rest as needed between efforts.
D- 21/15/9 RFT of: USSR KB Swing (2/1.5 Pood)/Inverted Burpee -10 Minute Cap
