Warm up: 6min AMRAP 20 DUs/10 abmat situps. 3 rounds. DUs were not consistent at all. I’d hit ten and then I wouldn’t get one.
Chelsea absolutely slaughtered me. I think I completed 12 rounds? Pull ups were alright, though switched to green band from blue midway. I struggled with the pushups then couldn’t catch up with the air squats. At first I thought that eating a round every 6 minutes (i.e. resting for the minute, taking the punishment burpees) would help me with longevity. It didn’t.
No time for RDL at the end, so we did 50 burpees as a group.

Warm up: 3 Minute AMRAP: 3 situps short of 4 rounds. Took awhile to get a rhythm. 8 is just earlier than I am used to.
Got 22 out of 30 with Chelsea girl. Pretty happy with that. Push ups are coming along. I don’t feel quite as embarrassed by them as I used to. In a month my goal is to make them a strength.
50 burpees for time in 5:10. Didn’t have any speed on them, but got ’em done!
The camera is working great, found a little segment of Tammy and Iz getting funky while everyone was running. I am trying to figure out how to post it. maybe I will text it to you Tammy

Warm up was 4 rounds plus 20 du 1 situp with a short rope because someone broke mine today apparently! Please don’t use my rope, mystery person!

I was totally not prepared for Chelsea, it killed me. Finished 3 full rounds. I believe I skipped 3-4 rounds completely, so definitely did plenty of pull-ups. I couldn’t get past 5 push ups, but when i switched to squats as the second motion, I got most of those done. Looking forward to trying this again….eventually.

Today’s wod sucked…..in a good way. I missed a few rounds but Jose and I stuck with it and finished. Not quitting was a big accomplishment. 50 burpees before going home was icing on the cake. Not sure if I did the rdl’s right or not, my head was spinning from Chelsea.
Ah Chelsea when will we meet again… Hopefully when its a little cooler out.

The DU’s killed my time the OHS were not bad. I wish Cory would teach me the secret to DU’s ….
Chelsea 30 rounds RXD easy peasy …. 27-32 seconds for the work in every round. Worked on the butterfly kip and used a med ball to insure proper depth.
On a side note I ordered a shrimp salad from GoGreen, it was terrible. They only gave me four shrimp. I went back and asked for more shrimp which they were happy to do with no additional charge, but when I got home and opened it up the lettuce was watery and there wasn’t any freakin avacado (which I paid extra for). I will never eat there again. Just thought I would pass that along.
Looking forward to tomorrow’s night classes, we have a nice workout planned ….. Coach Iz approved.

I got 15 rounds before failing. I did this in my back yard on rings instead of a pull up bar. I am not sure if it is easier or harder. I saw you guys doing burpees as punishment so I did 50 of those I did get all the reps in but it took me 43 minutes. I like the program Iz. I will sign up earlier next time. Like they said in jaws, “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.”- Brody
