8 Minutes of Hip/Back/Wrist/Shoulder Mobility
A- WU- NFT- 200M Run @ 50-75% RPE + 3 Rounds of: 200M Run @90-100% RPE; 1:1 Rest to Work
B- Squat Jerk- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Single
Notes: Squat Jerk is the preferred but any variation will do.
C- 21/15/9 RFT of: Push Press (115/75 or 85/55)/Front Squat (no rack)
*D- Ring Dip- 3 Minutes Max Reps or 3 Minutes Practice Ring Dips
