Nice work to Chelsea today. She decided to go strict and use one abmat. She looked supper strong. Sometimes you have to scale a wod to work on weakness. She could’ve kipped them and get rx but she’s already amazing at Kipping. Good call Chelsea. Good luck to the rest of you guys today. Don’t forget to come by tomorrow for the competition.
