Friendly Reminder
Members of CF 718 PLEASE check the blog before coming to class & REGISTER for class. Today’s 8 o’clock was cancelled. Some members assumeded that it was still on and ended up missing out on a work out. I’ve been guilty of this in the past but since I’ve been coaching I realized what an inconvenience this may cause for coaches and other members. In return the staff apologizes for any changes made on short notice. We’ll try to make them as quickly as possible.
