Warm Up- 3 RFT of: 20 Air Squat/ 15 Squat Jumps/ 10 WallBall (20/14) – 5:28
High Bar Squat- 25 Reps @ 75% From 8/9/12 or BW+40lbs – 5:27 @ BW + 20 lbs. First 7 squats were high bar, the rest were low bar.
2 Rounds of: 100 Steps Walking Lunge/ 100 each Flutter Kicks/ 100 SuperMan’s (partition as needed) – capped at 15 mins – 187 walking lunches, 150 flutter kicks, 150 supermans.
I’ll be lucky to walk tomorrow.

Was doing fine until my fourth round and I got a headache and died.
