5 Minutes of Hip/Calf/Ankle/Wrist/OverHead Mobility
A- WU- For Time: Half Tabata: Burpee/400M Run
B- Snatch- 12 Minutes To A Heavy Single
C- Olympic Squat- 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4@80% + 2.5# from 7/25/13; 2.5 Minutes Rest Between Sets – 30 Minute Cap
*D- For Time- 200M Walking Lunge
*= If Time Permits
A- 25 burpees, 400m in 1:33
B- Snatch – worked on form, this is still a big problem for me
C- Olympic Squat- 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4@80% – worked at 145#
D- For Time- 200M Walking Lunge – something in the 5 minute range, then my legs fell off.
Realized on the way home I left my book out, sorry :\ thanks whoever picked it up for me!
MY LEGS OH GOD MY LEGS… ahem. Feelin’ good, feelin’ good.
A- WU- For Time: Half Tabata: Burpee/400M Run: 22 burpees, 400 in a liesurely 1:48.
B- Snatch- 12 Minutes To A Heavy Single: 95 like a boss, 115 eh.. okay and I can power snatch 125, gotta keep work on mobility and technique to go up on this.
C- Olympic Squat- 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4@80% + 2.5# from 7/25/13; 2.5 Minutes Rest Between Sets – 30 Minute Cap: 6 sets @185 2 sets @205, really working on form and getting low in the squat.
*D- For Time- 200M Walking Lunge: 5-6 six minutes hard to say for sure, legs were completely depleted by the time this was over.

1/2 burpee tabata- 26, 400 run- no idea
Squat snatch- matched at 90, still way more stable and can do more weight in a power vs a squat snatch, need to work on full squats
Olympic Squat- 8 x 4 @ 80% – 145lbs for rds 1-7, 125lbs for rd #8- thanks for the spotting Danny, sorry for almost cracking your shins!
