WWTD in action, love it
Just got in from the Warrior Dash in upstate NY.
5k in 32:29, the time is way off but that is because of the MOUNTAIN that you have to run up in the beginning. Great Day tons of participants, we should do this event as a team next year.
I came in 162 out of 8625 on Sunday and overall 372 / 17,917….told you there were tons of people

First WOD in 10 days! Almost killed me, too.
3 RFT = 11:05, 92 burpees. Pullups suffered in the second and third rounds, my arms forgot how to move.

I am locked and loaded! That WOD was a killer but it felt great. It exposed an opportunity that I need to focus on so that I may add that to my arsenal. Hate??? I think not…. Merely motivated to get to that level that your at! I love the competition, and I know now I have to work that much harder to catch up!!!!! I appreciate you challenging me to perform and you coaching me along the way…. Thats what makes the box the BOX and separates from other gyms! Its all love playboy!!!!!Lol.
