Hey guys- registration for the Wodapalooza challenge is open tonight! If anyone is interested in doing these wods for fun we can start a crew (Crossfit 718) and all participate (Tam/Iz if you guys are interested). The wod’s are announced every Thursday starting October 1st and go for 3 weeks- it’s kinda like the Open, $20 to register. I just registered as a masters athlete with the hope (fingers crossed) of actually competing. This is a super fun legit competition that takes place in Miami every January (I mean Miami in January can’t be all that bad)…so check it out here..

Any way to look at past competition workouts?
I’m interested, but at this level I’d want to be competitive and I’m not sure whether that would land me in intermediate or scaled.
I think if you Google Wodapalooza 2014 wods they will come up.
