Didn’t want to max out, my form has been struggling. Most of these reps looked pretty solid.
4 RFT- 12 Power Clean (125) / 30 Double Unders / 20 Pullups – 17:53 rx
Another fun one! Got the Power Clean dialed in during the second and third rounds, not so much during the first and fourth though.
Pullups were solid today. 10-10 / 7-7-6 / 7-7-6 / 5-5-5-5
Also- Goal for the end of the year: Learn to do a full split!
This may not be physically possible, or medically advisable,
but any improvement over my current flexibility would be a plus. 🙂
