A- WU- 200M Run @ 50-90% RPE + 5 Wall Walk/20 D.B. Press (HBD)/50 Band Pull Apart -5 Minute Cap
B- Jerk- 10 Minutes To A Heavy Single
Notes: Power Or Split are acceptable.
C- 2 Minutes WU- Rope Climb + 6 Rounds of: 3 Jerk @ 80% of above/400m Sprint/1 Rope Climb; 2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds

We placed 5th out of 20 times- not bad for strategizing 3 minutes before the workout! Team MU Brooklyn was a no nonsense team- loved worked with Patty and Marcos b/c I know those two are never gonna quit on me! Great job guys- next round August 17th!

Ha ha! The same happens to me! My hubby is always throwing stuff in the cart that I’m unaware of. If I don’t know it’s there, it tends to go bad since I do most of the cooking! I have cranberries right now and they weren’t a mistake
