as for my WLC crew, Day 2 what do you think.. Was it hard the first weekend or not?
For me day 1 was way better than today, gonna redeem myself tomorrow.
I do wish we could get points for eating good things, thats so hard for me and I can’t even get credit for those extra greens, and foods that I won’t normally eat.
Agreed. They should completely give credit for positive things! Don’t they know the mind likes getting points not losing points!
Just think about the favors that you’re doing your body and your health, Tammy. Those are the real rewards in the long run! You’re setting a good example for your gym and your family. By eating those healthy foods, you’ll improve your health in the long run, doing that for your son, your family, and you, most of all.
