Sorry to bring it back to yesterday’s workout, but anyone else not able to walk downstairs after the 40 pistol squats?
Weird but not feeling the pistols today like I though I would. Didn’t walk straight for almost a week after 150 Wallball though. We see how tmrw feels…
Who as of 3PM on Thursday still can’t stand up from his chair without grunting like a pig and walks up staircases like he’s 80 years old today? ANSWER: THIS GUY.

This WOD was awesome in a Brutal way. Pretty much every part of me is feeling it today. Final time: 28:58, though we did walks in the gym and only had a minute rest instead of what was posted.
10 minute handstands, I think I came in about 1.5 minutes out of 10. My wrists and shoulders were SCREAMING at me. Lots ‘o work to do there.
