Almost 4 minutes off PR, but 3 minutes faster than my last time. My Angie time has always varied the greatest. My muscle endurance on body weight movements is very weight dependent. My PR was when I was about 145#, and now I am 158-160. I did improve 3 minutes, though, at the same bodyweight as now. Pretty happy with that.
I’m back! And I’m weak! Still felt good to do something though.

These felt SO hard. I almost failed on rep 5 on each of the sets. I have some work to do.
Weighted pullups 5-5-5 @ 15lbs, followed each set with 8 kipping pullups immediately following the weighted pullups.
5 toes to bar every 30 seconds for 5 minutes. My abs are smoked now! This was tough. Got the idea from Khalipa, but he did 6 every 30 seconds for 6 minutes. Beast.
Anyway, feels good to be back, even if I do have some work to do just to get back to where I was three weeks ago. Pneumonia sucks!
