B- Partner WOD (9/28/13)- For Time: 300 K.B. USA Swing (24/16kg)/240 Ring Row/200 Push Press (95/65)/160 Box Jump Over (24/20)/ 1600M M.B. Relay (20/14)
Notes: In Teams of 4/Only 1 Partner working at time/partition reps evenly/for M.B. relay each partner will complete 400M with a Med Ball/Score=Time that last partner finishes 1600M M.B. Relay

Marcos and I worked together so we only did half and finished in 22:03, but then Tammy made us do more, so we did this:
35 KBS (each)
30 ring rows (each)
25 push press
20 box jump overs
Marcos finished with a 400m row and I just watched! Felt good and we barely rested..kept moving.
