6 Minutes of: Hip/Back/Ankle/Wrist/Over Head Mobility
A- WU- 400M Run @ Comfortable Pace
B- Angie= For Time- 100 Each Pull Up/Push Up/Sit Up/Air Squat -35 Minute Cap
Notes: must complete all pull ups before moving on to push ups and all push ups before sit ups etcetera
C- For Time- 2K Row (focus on technique/quality)
D- 2-3 Rounds of: 30 Seconds Each: (no rest between rounds) Dead Hang/Hand Stand (facing away from wall)/Wall Squat/Plank/Left Side Plank/Right Side Plank

Early morning today, 6am. And this was a killer. I have little blisters and bumps showing up all over my hands.

WOD:
50 jumping pull-ups / 50 ring rows / 50 pull-ups / 50 ring rows – with Olivia in the Ergo
40 sit ups / 1 air squat

1000 m row 7 min and change… I had bad form bc I left my arms apparently on the pull up system (aka rig… I think) so why do 1,000 m more looking like an octopus, nah I will pass. Tehehe
Long way to go, but I’ll take one imprint at a time.
